my mom heard it first and was like 'omg, chloe, this song is so funny, she's like, singing about eating Twinkies n a bathtub and other funny stuff' then I heard it and was like 'uhmm... no, ma... this song is really sad and depressing about smoking weed to forget about a significant other... but good try'

Well, yeah, there is a lyric abut eating twinkies in her bathtub, but my mom thought it was a satire kinda song and it really wasn't.
she also didn't really know what 'i'm sexy and I know it' was until I showed her the music video and she aw the song in a whole new way.

my mom sometimes I swear...

i just think it's like kind of already in a group of people talking to who they want too.

i don't want high school again - like that was the worse years of my life.

and fyi - i'm not saying people are rude or anything, i'm just saying no one seems to want to make friends anymore it feels like to me.

oh really? sometimes i don't* think my mom listen to music and the voices long enough.
like she liked "story of my life" and for the longest time she did not know it was one direction.
she really like them but she liked that song.
but i did get most of my music taste from her i think.

for my mom, it's the other way around, and she ends up really liking my bands. Like fall out boy, she loves them ever since I played one of their cds in our kitchen. same with patd. and a bunch of other bands. 
I've been getting her into 5sos lately, too, it's great.

I feel that way too sometimes, but for me, I know I have friends that I can talk to on either site, and that reassures me to keep being apart of said sites. Plus, for me, I think people want to talk to new people and become friends with them. I know I have made friends on here that I wasn't friends with on 1DFF but being here allowed us to meet and connect and we became friends. I just think it's some people and not people in general
