Hey Guys,
so I just started posting way to many stories on the site, and now I am trying to figure out, how to handle them all, while not worrying about feedback. Woohoo.
Yeah, just here to get some advice. So if the prologue got feedback, but the following chapter/s won't, should I be really worried, or just keep writing. Because not getting reviews can mean several things. First, it could be, that the readers did not feel like reviewing/are waiting for more important stuff to happen - but then it could also be, that I offended everyone with the chapter and now they all hate the story (yes, I like being overly dramatic).
I can handle a story not getting any reviews at all. Clearly the readers did not like it enough then (which won't mean I'll stop writing said stories, since I started them for a reason). But when a story starts out ok, only to get reads but no reviews, should that worry me, or should I just keep going?

I don't know if I'm the best to be giving advice because I haven't posted must to the site yet, but I have read Offside just read chapters 4 and 5 today but didn't review although they were perfection and Loftus Hall again I haven't reviewed but it is really good and I personally enjoy your writing a lot! Actually, there was really no advice in this post at all. I just wanted to send you some positivity!  Keep writing and I'm sure the readers and reviews will come too! |

I don't know if I'm the best to be giving advice because I haven't posted must to the site yet, but I have read Offside just read chapters 4 and 5 today but didn't review although they were perfection and Loftus Hall again I haven't reviewed but it is really good and I personally enjoy your writing a lot! Actually, there was really no advice in this post at all. I just wanted to send you some positivity! Keep writing and I'm sure the readers and reviews will come too! Aww thanks, you have not idea how happy I am now...coz Loftus Hall is a project quite close to my heart, quite challenging and I felt like no one would even read it here. So thanks, I'll keep going then. I know that it can be a bit off a hassle to always review, I just want to know if people are enjoying it, since writing takes up quite some time during my day. |

I like building a rapport with authors and that can sometimes take time. Once I do though I'm more likely to review on other stories by them. I'm more likely to read something that doesn't usually seem like something I'd be into as well. I'm actually planning on having a quiet evening tonight and was gonna check out some of your other stories (I've been reading/reviewing/loving "Offside"). Mostly I'd say not to worry about it too much. As long as you're enjoying what you're writing don't get hung up on the number of reviews you get. I know it's nice to get them, but I think it's important to write for yourself. Not for everyone else, even though it's always nice when other people enjoy what you work so hard on! Hopefully this helps you! |

I think it's nice to review each chapter, that's what I do, even if there are several chapters, coz each chapter had enough content to exite me. I am evil and have it all planned out. But that only goes for Brontide, the killing bit. Some of my other stories will always be funny. |
