aNYWAYS Kat, I'm so glad you're back i've missed ur presence i think if you love an idea, you should continue it, I know feedback is important to a story, but your opinion is probably the one that matters the most when it comes to your work Awww fanks my dear. That is true, funnily enough, the stories that get the least attention are my babies. Plus I have so many going on, I can write what I want whenever I want it, which is great. |

what it is for me, really, is time. i'm still in school (alternatively known as hell) and in the mornings, i basically only have time to read (barely) before i'm off to somewhere else, so i don't really get a chance to review. and i think you were right, people may be waiting for the major plot points to pop up before they leave a review.
i will most definitely drop you a line on something now, though, probably offside because i'm most caught up on that<33 as four wise (debatable) men (also debatable) once said: keep doing what you're doing!

but saying that I'm pleasantly surprised (read: really fkn shocked man) at the response to the last chapter of somebody to you that I posted!! thats on it's 7th chapter now I think so I think people might just wait for the story to start a bit more so they get more of a feel for the characters/storyline?
idk if I'm making sense I'm sick and I blame you and Sam

i haven't bothered to read this thread, so who knows if this has already been mentioned before, but i tend to find that second chapters (or first chapters, if there's a prologue) never get as much reviews as first chapters (or prologues) do. i feel that people review the first chapter to let the author know that they're interested, which makes the reader feeling happy that people are actually wanting more and that will lead to more updates.
to me, that's kinda dumb, but that's just something i've noticed. because you can guarantee that all my fics have a significant drop between first and second update.
as time goes on, however, it should start to pick up again as you gain more readers!
