OK so I need to rant? So, I knew that 5SOS would become popular- especially since they opened for One Direction. But I didn't want that to happen. Ashton, Luke, Michael and Calum are my little babies and now I feel like they're growing up! With growing up themselves so is their fame!!  MY BABIES It's pissing me off how these new girls who have come into the family are... now it's impossible to meet them if you try to go to the airport. I remember watching a few fans post how they met Luke, etc. and how chill it was because there wasn't that many girls!
THE THING IS EVEN WHEN GETTING MOBBED THEY STILL STOP AND TAKE PICTURES?!?!? LIKE CMON GIRLS YOU SHOULD DO BETTER!! AND MICHAEL STARTED HYPERVENTILATING?!?!?! Now, they get mobbed!!!! AND DID YOU KNOW THERE IS PAPS FOR THEM NOW?!?!? Like look at this: |

I never understood why do you go to the damn airport to meet someone or take a picture of them. They just got off a what? 20-22 hour long flight GIVE THEM ROOM TO BREATHE. I understand the fact they are getting more fans but Jesus Christ enough is enough. What was going through the other passengers of their flights mind when they saw that or even less everyone trying to get through that area? Mobbing at airports is just dangerous it's just dangerous in general.
I makes me sad when they get to Sydney and are back with their families but don't get that few moments of privacy because of the mobbing. Mobbing takes things to a whole different level especially with like I said earlier, other passengers safety.
No offense to the new fans but I feel like this is more of them whose doing it idk I feel mean saying that but I feel like it is, one's who don't know the guys and their personalities well enough yet to know they are haven't really been mobbed before like One Direction have and they need space after a flight. Paps for them is just annoying, why are you paid to take a god damn picture of someone. Yes, they toured with One Direction but not you don't need to take pictures of them getting off an 20+ hour flight. If it's to the point one of them is hyperventilating and people are pushing towards you still then that's a problem
Idk I feel like they just need space after a flight and for other's people safety

I was at the airport that day and honestly it was so disgusting. Yes I went to meet them but in no way did I mob them! I just stood back and eventually I got pushed into it and I didn't even want to be apart of it. I gave up photos with 3/4 of them to try and get girls to calm the **** down and give them some breathing space but nOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO everyone had to mob. My friend Telese got pushed out of the way and onto the ground because of it. Ugh, yes I know going to the airport was a stupid idea- I even thought that when I was going home but I didn't expect it to be that crazy, especially since the time before that everything was so chill at the airport  |

More fans = crazy mobbing, invasion of privacy = violence, health and safety issues = possible death (hopefully not)
Yeah, I agree with everything said above. I doubt people will stop doing stuff like that though, to anyone (with a large fandom), not just 5sos. I also think it's more of the newer fans, no offence, not all of them of course but I personally think that. I suppose it comes with the fame although I don't think it should, celebrities need space and stuff as well, people.

Yeah um....You people had to have known that this was going to happen once they got discovered and theres nothing you can do about it so complaining wont help matters.
5SoS is famous now, get used to it.
Yes some fans are assholes and Michael hyperventilating is NOT okay but think about the 1D fandom for a moment...the shit those boys go through is TEN times worse than this okay?
So honestly ya'll need to calm down a bit IMO
