What would you do if you woke up one day and everyone over the age of 21 was gone?

Alexandra Hemmings thought her parents had gone out when she woke up that fated Saturday morning. Everything was completely normal, her young brother, Luke, certainly didn’t think much of it, but the hours went by and not a single call was received. It wasn’t until Alexandra stepped out of her house that she started noticing something was off. The neighborhood was too silent, the streets too empty, and the mailman was nowhere in sight.

What would you do if you woke up one day and the world wasn’t the same?

No one knows what happened or how it happened. As time goes by the questions and priorities change; some will want power, a few will not care, and others will do unimaginable things in absolute desperation to survive this new lawless world.

What happens after you turn 21?

This story is inspired by Grant's Gone Series.
I read the first couple of books a whiiiiile back and thought the premise was very cool. I'm obviously changing a lot of things, for one they won't have powers. I like to think of this story as a mixture between that, Revolution (TV series), and a bit of The Last Of Us.

Harry Styles, Ashton Irwin, and Luke Hemmings all had one thing in common: Vera Olympia. They'd become friends on a rainy day when cabs didn't stop for anyone and when they did, it was first come first serve, and they'd all dove into one cab at the same time.

Ten years after that incident and they were all best friends. But while Vera was off building her own business, the three other boys had become world famous celebrities.

While Vera and Harry both claimed that they were too busy to have a love life, Luke and Ashton were absolutely convinced that Vera and Harry were a match made in heaven and they were going to make the two of them notice it if it was the last thing that they did.

A story in which Ashton and Luke are asexual and have a special gift for meddling in their friends lives.

Anything else: Aayyee I'm hella excited for this (also, do y'all think it would be okay to put it up on 1DFF as well because HARRY).

If it wasn't for his social awkwardness, his love for his guitar more than people, and his tendency to stay in his room for hours on end,
Luke Hemmings might have been popular; however that is not the case.
He was a recluse and preferred his own company, and sometimes his friends company (when they weren't annoying),
until he saw Veronica Lowe at the bowling alley where he worked at one night and got invited to a house party.
From that moment on things would be different...maybe.

How It Ends

The world was dying, it had been for a long time.
No cure had been made, so everyday there were civilians being tossed out of the safe havens and into the streets like dirt the second they were seen as 'infected'.
That's when Ashton knew he had to do something to stop it all. So when an opportunity to join the army and save lives came around, he took it.
But it isn't just a simple pick people up and drop them in the safe zone job; far from it.
Lives are lost and reborn again, showing him the true horror of whats beyond the safe haven. And after being separated from his group, he meets three people who will change his life forever:

Calum, a boy protecting a large group of survivors just outside the wall with little ammo and enough mental strength to take down an entire army single-handedly.
Michael, a hot-headed ex-refugee who ran away from the safe haven two years ago, after realizing that the government was just as bad as the undead walking around.
And Luke, the lonely boy who was wandering the streets after an attack on his camp, left with nothing but vengeance and a broken heart.

But with little time between night and day and evil lurking around every corner, its almost impossible for the boys to survive, especially when they don't know who the enemy is: the dead or the living?
This is how it ends.

Anything else: So I won't be posting this for a long time because this is going to take a long time to plan properly. But I've always wanted to write something like an apocalyptic future (and who can hate zombies) and then I heard 'tomorrow never dies' and a plot appeared in my head so here it is.
