omg yaaas! I read the thingy on the board when I woke up this morning, it looks so cool! I would be so happy to make you your banner. I will get on it.  I forgot the size, it's 256 x 400 I am such an idiot sometimes... The prologue is halfway done, I am ready to get you all emotionally attached to my characters, only to make you cry ^^ seriously though, I like writing weird shit, fair warning.yep, I kinda remember the size... I'm working on it riiight now. dude, that's okay, I love weird shit. especially if that weird shit will make me cry. |

Oh and I am the master of weird, literally...I am mostly known for a pirate story over at 1DFF xD Ugh, can't wait to see it, I just wrote the last sentence of the prologue and now I am anxious to get it to my beta and to post it on here...not sure if people will be put off by the violence, but it is an interesting plot, plus it let's me explore darker natures, which is fun. |

I have no idea if it's any good in the prologue of Brontide, but my pirate story has an amazon scene where the OFC has to do unthinkable things (the rewrite isn't there yet, but I can't wait to get to that chapter), so I know that I can write it, at least a bit. I have a thing for pirates and adventures and history in general. I actually didn't even know the films until like last week, but got so inspired after watching the first one. Brontide is loosely based on it, seeing that the new government used Nietzsches crazy doctrines, so there is a logical explanation for them going apeshit crazy... I wanted to write the story, because exploring our basic weakness - love - is interesting. All my characters do something out of love, not hate. I can't speak for the antagonists, I do not care a lot about them, but I want the boys in this story to explore humanity, to take reality checks, whenever they need to. It is easy to feed humans bullshit, but the ones that see right true it, that is the exact moment I want to capture. But I am talking too much, I need to do some more work, looking forward to the cover and I hope that I won't disappoint, once the story is up. |
