[Kat Snow]

Hello everyone, 
I thought that it might be a good idea to introduce myself, since I just registered. 
I am Kat, I like to write and love history and football (the real one, not the american excuse). 
Music gives me life, I don't prefer a single genre I listen to literally anything, pretty much. 8tracks gives me life.
I have a black lab, called Draco and he is irish.
I used to live in Ireland, right now I am in the city of beer, but from September on I'll be stalking the Queen.
Writing has been my passion since forever, but it wasn't until 2012 that I dared to write in english - said fics are no longer online, but in early '13 I started this weird pirate 1D fic and the rewrite is still going. I also write about football and 1D. 
But a certain someone BECCA managed to get me to get too involved with 5SOS and now I want to start writing here too...one fic is properly planned, another one in the making, now I only need to find time to write.

I'm glad you finally finished moving, or have at least finished with the most hectic part, and can now do some writing.

There is still a lot to do, plus I have to work a lot, but yes, I will find time to write, finally! I missed all my characters - plus so many new ideas, can't wait to write the dystopia fic, because it's just so interesting and challenging!

I know, but planning fics for 5SOS is so much more fun...I have this huge writer's blog for 1DFF, I am just so fed up with everything, but planning new fics here is just fun...no pressure, no nothing. I finally go back to writing a story I want to see, writing whenever I feel like it, no more scheduled updates and added pressure...that is so reviving.

hii kat! im mariana, but feel free to call me mar, i just read through everything everybody posted in this thread and i have a couple of somethings to say-
i think you and i may or may not be the same person in different bodies as we have so much in common its creepy 
two, you just described how i feel about 1dff and 5sosff more than perfectly, god bless.

1dff is all about who has more reviews and about the popular writers and ugh no. over here its so much chill, i can keep track of good fanfictions and get closer to writers i like and gush about their works, it isnt as overwhelming with people pressuring you to update and like i often felt intimidated at 1dff because there were writers who has 13982891 reviews on every new chapter and i was just there writing for the fun of it. here its about the actual fanfiction and not how many reviews it has. 

personally this site is so much better.
the only thing i had to say is that i completely hate the layouts, both of the fic site and the pro-boards. i get it 1dff has more because they have more admins maybe?? i dont know, i just know these were created with old pictures and as much as i love fetus i just cant with these layouts omg. the colors of the default layout of 5sosff make me want to rip my hair out my scalp
