I can't get in touch with the owner and the other sites she owned have been closed down too.

Skinning Contest!
Are you interested in designing the default skin of our forums, which will be seen and used by nearly all members? Then follow the rules below!
Are you interested in designing the default skin of our forums, which will be seen and used by nearly all members? Then follow the rules below!
Details:
This contest will be open for submission from today to one week from today, August 12. Anyone is eligible to submit an entry. After the submission period ends, a short voting period will occur and our Forum members will vote for which skin they like the most. The first place banner will be incorporated into the default skin of the Boards. The second place banner may also be incorporated into a skin.
To submit an entry, all you must do is post your image below.
Rules:
:)Create one banner between 900x250 and 600x100 pixels. (Any size between these dimensions is OK, but no larger. For example, your banner could be 800x150 or 600x250 but not 1000x300)
:)The banner may only use screen caps from 5 Seconds of Summer's latest music video (and associated advertisements), She's Kinda Hot for images of the boys. You can capture these images yourself or use a fan gallery. Any additional textures/stock is fine.
:)Doesn't have to include every boy.
:)Should include the text "5 Seconds of Summer" and either "Proboards", "Message Boards" or "Forums". Any addition text is optional.
:)Any entries that fail to follow the above rules or meet the deadline will be disqualified. Submissions can be changed up until the deadline.
